Cancellation and Refund Policy

At Rainbow Publications, we strive to ensure complete customer satisfaction with every purchase. Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of placement, provided they have not yet been processed or shipped. Once an order has been shipped, cancellation may no longer be possible. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery to request a full refund or replacement. For digital products (e.g., e-books), refunds are not available once the purchase is completed and the product has been downloaded. To request a cancellation or refund, please contact our customer support team with your order information. Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method, which may take 7–10 business days to reflect. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable, and customers are responsible for return shipping fees unless the return is due to an error on our part.
